The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by VIP tier. Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours (08:00–20:00 WIB). Off-hours bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are processed according to your VIP tier: Bronze (1-24 hours), Silver (4-8 hours), Gold (1-4 hours), Platinum (under 1 hour). Your first withdrawal requires successful completion of KYC verification (see Section 4 below). You may only withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name and verified during KYC. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Before you can withdraw any funds (including your initial deposit and any winnings derived from it), you must meet a minimum wagering requirement of 1x the total deposit amount plus any bonus amount claimed.
